Meet Betzaida– Our Vocal Instructor

We are honored to introduce the dynamic and inspiring Betzaida Santana, CEO and Vocal Coach at P2P Studio Academy! As the visionary leader of our academy, Betzaida brings not only years of experience in music but also an unmatched passion for developing voices and nurturing talent.

A celebrated singer, songwriter, and vocal coach, Betzaida has worked with countless artists in professional studios and live settings. Her expertise spans performance, vocal technique, and artist development, making her an invaluable mentor for students of all levels. From beginners finding their voice to advanced students perfecting their craft, her personalized coaching ensures that every student grows in confidence, technique, and expression.

Betzaida’s vocal coaching program is designed for ages 8 to adult, blending practical exercises, performance skills, and confidence-building strategies. Students learn not just how to sing but how to deliver emotion, command the stage, and connect deeply with their audience. Her guidance has empowered many to achieve their goals, whether pursuing music professionally or simply discovering the joy of singing.

Lead Audio Engineer | Music Producer | Instructor

Geronimo “Beats” Santana is the Lead Audio Engineer at P2P Studio Academy, bringing real studio experience, technical training, and a passion for teaching. He holds certifications in Audio Engineering and Music Production, with advanced training from Waves in vocal mixing and mixing fundamentals.

As an engineer, producer, and mentor, Geronimo works with artists across rap, R&B, gospel, ballads, and live instrumentation. His experience in recording, mixing, mastering, EQ, compression, vocal production, and sound design helps artists turn raw ideas into polished, professional music.

At P2P Studio Academy, Geronimo leads the Audio Engineering and Music Production programs, giving students hands-on training with real studio equipment, software, and live recording sessions.

He also brings years of experience working with children from K–12 as a Behavior Modification Specialist. Through this, he created P2P Creative Sound Lab, a creative music enrichment program using rhythm, calming sounds, breathing, movement, and hands-on music activities to help students build focus, confidence, and expression.

Geronimo is also a certified Music Therapy / Sound Healing Practitioner, using sound and creativity to help students grow through music.

Guitar Instructor | Lead Guitar • Worship • Rock • Blues

Alex Hernandez is a skilled guitarist and instructor at P2P Studio Academy, bringing strong musicianship, leadership, and real performance experience to every lesson. He has advanced experience in lead guitar, especially in worship music, along with rock, metal, and blues styles. 

Alex has a strong understanding of music theory, including the Nashville Number System, CAGED system, triads, songwriting, and playing as part of a band. His background as a worship leader and performing guitarist helps students learn not only how to play, but how to play with confidence, timing, and purpose. 

His former music mentor praised Alex for quickly understanding music theory, sight-reading, playing with a metronome, and identifying scales, modes, and keys. He was also described as someone who performs at a high professional standard. 

At P2P Studio Academy, Alex helps beginner and intermediate students build a strong foundation in guitar, rhythm, technique, theory, and real-world playing skills.

Tracy Emerson
Tracy Emerson

String Instructor | Violin • Viola • Cello

Tracy Emerson brings over 30 years of experience as a violinist, orchestra director, and music educator. She holds a Master of Music in Violin Performance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, bringing both professional training and real-world experience to her teaching.

Tracy teaches violin, viola, and cello with a focus on posture, bow control, tone, rhythm, music reading, confidence, and musical expression. Her teaching style is patient, encouraging, and structured, helping students feel comfortable while building strong musical foundations.

With experience in private lessons, group instruction, student audition preparation, live performance, weddings, events, pit orchestra, chamber groups, and studio sessions, Tracy brings a well-rounded musical background to every lesson.

At P2P Studio Academy, Tracy helps students grow at their own pace while developing skill, discipline, confidence, and a lifelong love for music.

Piano Instructor

Ms. Rhonda Keating is a dedicated piano instructor at P2P Studio Academy, bringing a love for music, teaching, and student growth to every lesson. Her music journey began with years of private piano instruction, studying foundational piano methods, repertoire, hymns, classical pieces, country classics, and popular music. 

Since 2021, Ms. Rhonda has taught piano through multiple music programs and studios, working with students as they build confidence, technique, rhythm, music reading, and a stronger connection to the piano. Her teaching background includes experience with Raido Studio Music, Lakeland School of Music, Traveling Music Lessons, and Julestarz Academy. 

At P2P Studio Academy, Ms. Rhonda creates a warm and encouraging learning environment where students can grow step by step, develop good practice habits, and enjoy the journey of learning music. She helps students build a strong foundation while making piano lessons positive, creative, and inspiring.

Geronimo “Beats” Santana is a certified Audio Engineer and Music Producer with advanced training from Waves in vocal mixing and mixing fundamentals. As the Lead Audio Engineer at P2P Studio Academy, he brings a strong ear, creative direction, and professional studio experience to every recording session.

Geronimo has worked with independent artists across multiple genres, including rap, R&B, gospel, ballads, and live instrumentation. His work has earned song accolades and placements, giving him real-world experience in helping artists create music that is polished, professional, and ready for release.

His focus is helping artists capture clean vocals, shape their sound, and bring their vision to life through recording, mixing, mastering, vocal production, EQ, compression, and sound design. Whether you are recording a single, building an album, or need professional mixing and mastering, Geronimo brings patience, precision, and passion to every project.
